Aloo Chaat

Peel and wash potatoes. Cut into one inch cubes. Deep fry in medium hot oil till the edges of the potato pieces turn golden brown and it is completely cooked and crispy. Take fried potatoes in a bowl and add Spice Story spicy mint sauce and Spice Story date and tamarind sauce. Toss well till potato pieces are evenly coated. Add salt and chaat masala. Garnish with sev and pomegranate seeds.

Schezwan Fried Rice

Method of Preparation
Rinse basmati rice in running water, soak the rice for 20 minutes.
Add rice to excess boiling water, cook till aldente (3/4 cooked) and drain the water. Cool the rice.
Take wok , heat oil on high flame, add chopped vegetable ( Carrot, Beans, Corn, Mushroom and Capsicum) stir fry till half cooked, add Spice Story schezwansauce, rice and spring onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes on high heat.

Method of Preparation
Take pizza bread, top pizzas with Spice Story Pizza sauce, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, cheese and basil. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Put it in pre heated oven or salamander, bake until crust is golden brown and crisp, and cheese is bubbly. Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive and oregano.

Method of Preparation
In a bowl, add chicken, onion, capsicum, carrot, Spice Story Mayonnaise, Amazing Spicy Mint Sauce,salt and pepper, Mix well. Coat butter on both the sides of a bread slice. Fill the chicken mayonnaise mixture in between 2 bread slice. Grill it & serve hot with Spice Story Sriracha Sauce / Ghost Pepper Sauce.

Ravioli Pasta in Alfredo Sauce

Method of Preparation
Large saucepan 3/4 full with water. Bring to a boil, cook 3 minutes. Add ravioli; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes or until ravioli are tender and begin to float. Drain ravioli in colander or strainer. Add Spice Story Alfredo sauce, chilli flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper; mix well. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Add cooked ravioli; stir gently to mix. Sprinkle cheese.

Mexican Peri Peri Rice

Method of Preparation
Heat oil in the sauce pan, add the rice and sauté, stirring frequently until lightly toasted and golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Add the jalapeños and cook until they have softened, about 2 minutes, lowering the heat if necessary. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Add 2 tbsp of Spice Story Ghost Pepper sauce, 1 cup of tomato puree 1 cup of water, salt to taste, mix well and cover the lid till rice is done. Add cilantro and lime juice; fluff gently with a fork. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Serve with additional lime wedges.

Mushroom Veg Fried Rice

Method of Preparation

Heat oil in pan add onion, green chilli , capsicum & carrot sauté on high flame. Add mushrooms, salt & pepper powder sauté well, add spring onion, Spice Story red chilli sauce, Spice Story soya sauce, 2 tbsp of water & salt stir well. Add ½ tsp of pepper powder, garam masala powder toss well Add rice, salt & remaining ½ tsp pepper powder and toss well till all ingredients mix well. Serve hot with any Chinese or Thai gravy.

Schezwan Masala Dosa

Method of Preparation
Soak rice and black gram for 4 hours. Grind to coarse batter consitency and set over night to ferment.
To make masala, heat the pan, add little black gram, mustard, cumin seed, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and 2 pinch of turmeric powder. On crackling add smash boiled potato and salt to taste.
To make Dosa:Add salt to batter, pour1 ladle of batter to hot non stick pan. Spread the batter evenly through ladle in circular motion. sprinkle ½ tbsp of oil on dosa, spread 1 tbsp of Spice Story schezwan sauce over dosa and add potato masala. Roll the Schewan Masala Dosa and serve hot with Coconut chutney

Paneer Tikka Pizza

Method of Preparation
Paneer Tikka Marination: In a large mixing bowl take ½ cup curd. also add ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp garam masala½ tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp lemon juice and ¼ tsp salt. combine well with the help of whisk. now add vegetables like ½ capsicum (red & green), ½ onion, 15 cubes Paneer add 1 tsp olive oil, ½ tsp kasuri methi and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours making sure paneer gets marinated well. In preheated oven bake it at 180 degree for 15 min. Top bread with Spice Story pizza sauce, paneer tikka, place few jalapeno, olives. and sprinkle ¼ tsp chilli flakes, ¼ tsp mixed herbs, then spread ½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese over the base. Put it in pre heated oven or salamander, bake until crust is golden brown and crisp, and cheese is bubbly. Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive and mixed herbs. Cut into slice and serve hot.
